Colonial Sales is one of the largest manufactured home retailers in the state of Ohio with its 3 convenient locations: Zanesville, Fredericktown, and Mount Vernon.

Colonial Sales Zanesville is located on Route 22 approximately 5 miles south of Zanesville. Our environmental display features a large selection of homes. This location serves Central and Southeastern Ohio.
